Paralegal Night Planned at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ
Apr 3, 2018AMHERST, N.Y. – Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ College will host a Paralegal Night, which include a discussion with professionals in the field, from 6 to 7 p.m. April 11 in the Business Building Room 101.
Speakers will provide information on working in federal and state courts, business and corporate law, banks, real estate, and various types of litigation.
Interested students will also learn about Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s undergraduate paralegal studies major and the paralegal studies 21-credit certificate, which is available to current Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ students and students who hold a four-year degree in any major from other institutions. In addition, internships and service learning opportunities in Buffalo’s refugee community will be discussed.
The event is being sponsored by the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Paralegal Club and the Paralegal, Accounting, and Business Administration Departments. More information is available by contacting paralegal@daemen.edu.
